Facial Cleansing Lotion
This cleansing lotion is perfect for cleansing, removing dirt, excess oil, and makeup. We all have different skin types and each of us know which product works best for our own skin. Therefore, we have created this unique lotion for acne prone and blemish skin. This combination helps to treat problem skin and works well in conjunction with your morning and evening routine. This lotion will leave your skin cleansed, silky smooth and refreshed. Our cleansing lotion is free of harsh chemicals and preservatives and promotes healthy skin. Contains no parabens, phenoxyethanol or glycerine.
Sacha inchi Oil – Aids in the prevention of wrinkles and restores elasticity.
Perilla Oil – Excellent for treating acne prone and blemish skin
Cacay Oil - A natural source of retinol that has anti-aging properties.
Suggested Use: Massage into skin in a gentle circular motion. Remove with damp cotton wool or warm face cloth. Use as often as needed. Follow with one of our skin treat moisturizers.
Ingredients: Organic aloe vera gel, organic sage extract (salvia officinalis leaf extract), cacay oil (caryodendron Orinocense), sacha inchi oil (plukenetia volubilis seed oil), perilla oil (perilla ocymoides seed oil), frankincense essential oil (boswellia serrata), myrrh essential oil (commiphora myrrha), vitamin e oil (natural mixed tocopherols and helianthus annuus seed oil).

All orders are processed within 4 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping times vary due to shipping around the world. It could take 7 to 10 business days to deliver the package once it's been shipped. There are to many countries to list shipping times for each one.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. It can take up to 5 days to get an approval for a return. Once we receive your return it will take a up to 3 days to inspect it. Then a refund will be issued. The refund can take up to 5 days to hit your account.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
